মেথি

চুলের যত্নে মেথি এক সাধারণ মেলে নামেনি ব্যবহারে চুলের আগা থেকে পোড়া উজ্জ্বল, কোমল ও মসৃণ। মেরির পুষ্টিগুণ অতিরিক্ত চুল পড়া বন্ধ করে ও চুলের বৃদ্ধিতে সাহায্য করে। সেবির ব্যবহারে চুলেরা ফুশকি দূর করে চুলকে করে প্রানবন।

ব্যবহার: পরিমান মতো সেমি ও পানি মিশিয়ে পেস্ট তৈরি করে তিন থেকে চার ঘণ্টা ঢোক করে নিন। অনুতে ভালো করে মামুন, শুকিয়ে গেলে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। মেসির সাথে নারিকেল তেল বা অলিভ মিশিয়ে ব্যবহার করার অধিক ফল পাওয়া যাবে।
